The API DescribeUserCertificateList does not available in latest version(v1.62.138) #583

The API DescribeUserCertificateList was available in the version(v1.61.1140) however it is not available in the version(v1.62.138) do we have nay alternative API for it? The ListCert API does not help us with that much info as DescribeUserCertificateList API was providing.
