Add Swiss Re changes to support sts token-based authentication #18

I added a small change to support Alibaba STS token based authentication in order to use Ram Roles with RODPS. I also updated pom.xml to enforce odps-sdk-core upgrade from 0.32.5-public to 0.38.4-public.

I also updated buildall.sh script, but since it is not relevant for sts support, feel free to discard it in case.
