Need to update the training part of readme file #23

Running tools/dist_train.sh will meet the error "RuntimeError: Expected to have finished reduction in the prior iteration before starting a new one. This error indicates that your module has parameters that were not used in producing loss. " .

While running tools/train.py works well.

Has tools/dist_train.sh been deprecated?
