修复由于SUPPORT_ITLS条件编译语法错误导致的HTTP访问端口与HTTPS端口互换的BUG

刚查看了下，这个问题在 v2.0.3 版本中确实存在，但在 v3.0.1 已经被阿里无声无息地修过了。

希望阿里可以正视该 Git 仓库。
