动态注册设备，无法Publish消息，提示失败：No authorization #78

使用IOT_Subdevice_Register函数动态注册设备，然后publish消息，IOT控制台显示：失败：No authorization 使用subdev-example.c中的例子也是如此

动态注册子设备需要开通权限，具体请参看阿里云官网关于子设备的介绍。
