Update go runtime version to 1.19.6-2 because of CVE-2022-41725, CVE-2022-41724, CVE-2022-41723, CVE-2022-41722 #209

Hi colleagues,

we are struggling with some security vulnerabilities (CVE-2022-41725, CVE-2022-41724, CVE-2022-41723, CVE-2022-41722) in the lastet ossutil, So is it possible for you to update the go runtime version to solve these vulnerabilities ?

新版本已使用 新版本的go lang sdk 构建。
