border: update post_extract.patch of 3.10

1. Update the stack check function to match the kernel 3.10.
2. Remove the assertion of stack layout because the __scheduler has been removed outside.

The reason you delete try_get_task_stack and put_task_stack is not clear to me at all. If you want to delete something, here's the checklist that you should keep in mind,

• What was it used for? - here, in case of kernel panic, caused by early freeing of stack
• Why isn't it need now? - here, because early freeing of stack isn't introduced until v4.9, so the kernel doesn't panic, (NOT because they're absent from v3.10),

Figure them out, but most importantly, WRITE THEM DOWN, so we can track the git history in the future. Otherwise, we won't remind ourselves in the future, WHY DO WE DELETE THEM BEFORE?
