Failed to describe SNatTableEntries because of flow control #3617

What should have happened? Succeed to describe SNatTableEntries.

This problem has been fixed in version 1.124.1, please upgrade the provider version. This is the PR https://github.com/aliyun/terraform-provider-alicloud/pull/3596/files, See the alicloud/errors.go file.
