Bug: Plurals Are Ignored in Age Breakdown

Commit a4ba3cdca7e6375fefd696b8b383c20b9fa4aafe shortened the breakdown of the age displayed. This removed the considerations for plurals.

Revert PART of the a4ba3cdca7e6375fefd696b8b383c20b9fa4aafe commit to re-introduce a complate breakdown

[x] Update AgeHelper.php to include the original strings but in the case format not the original elseif
[x] Update translations
