Does this tool work for Nanopore Direct RNA-seq?

Hi @juanjo255 ,

Answering for @aljpetri who is on vacation. It should work but we haven't tested it yet.

From what I know dRNA is slightly noisier and has slightly more variable ends than cDNA. As long as you cluster and error correct (isONclust, isONcorrect) the reads first, it should correspond to roughly the same input as cDNA reads, and therefore "work".
