Python 3.11 Support #524

Description

Python 3.11 is set to be released today, 2022-10-24. This PR is to get 3.11 support out as soon as possible once our dependencies support it.

@stonebig thanks for the reminder! We just released Python 3.11 support in version 2.0.2
