Users would like to be able to have the option to have a threaded, chat-like conversation with a Virtual Contributor.
Goal
The goal is to simplify the HMI (human-machine-interaction).
Hypothesis
The hypothesis is that there are users that would like to have an easier, chat-like interaction with a Virtual Contributor. The UX should highlight the difference between a human-human chat, and a VC-human chat. Our hypothesis is that there may be users preferring a different interaction style so tagging / not tagging the VC in the interaction should be controlled by a setting.

Assumptions
Users would like VCs to be able to keep their context
Engines should support chat history (a must in every scenario)
Users prefer a clear visual distinction between human-human and human-VC conversations
Chat history is kept by thread (in engine)
Threaded interaction styles should be based on a setting and we should have a couple to start with for A/B testing
Unknowns
Do we / do we not tag / not tag each VC reply. Scenario: Valentin, Svetlio, Evgeni have a conversation re CTs. There is VC expert that has knowledge on the subject. We tag the VC, start a conversation with it. Then Valentin tags Evgeni and Svetlio on next response, so they are aware about it. If we don't explicitly specify the tag in each message, the VC will step in and reply.
