BUG: Space not automatically added to my dashboard #1369

Describe the bug When I create a space, it is not imemdiately visible on dashboard

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to '...'
  2. Click on '....'
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error

Expected behavior I want my space directly visible, not only after refreshing
