Description

As a user I want the forms I am using to look and feel the same So that it's easier for me to use the platform seeing familiar controls

Acceptance criteria

Project creation form to follow the code design of all other forms - formik input controls, reuse segments, styling, validation.

[ ] Reuse formik input controls
[ ] Reuse segments
[ ] Consistent styling is applied (comes out of the box from the input controls/segments)
[ ] Consistent validation is applied (comes out of the box from the input controls/segments)
[ ] i18n is applied
