As a user I want to be able to underline text

Acceptance criteria

[ ] Add option to underline text to editor

@techsmyth Markdown doesn't natively support underline. We might be able to find a workaround, but I'm not sure if that is what we want since we would be diverging from standars/it might not work everywhere.
