BUG: Deleted callout visible in List #5187

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://alkem.io/mansi/challenges/local2localchalle-9143/contribute
  2. Click on System Map L2L - Problems
  3. Callout is not available, but does show up in the list
  4. It does not show up under Problems

Expected behavior when a callout is deleted, it should not be visible
