Cleaned up the userProvider
Added a context PendingMembershipsDialog, to be able to open the dialog from the top right popup menu and from the Pending memberships cards.
Added the Memberships tab on VC settings

@ccanos super clean up. I cannot run it now / do a detailed review, so will leave that for Bobby. It will be interesting to see when this is included in a release what the userProvider response time becomes on production...at least for me it is on the order of 200ms, but then again I do have a lot of credentials.
