BUG: After a Space or VC Creation the My Account block is not updated #6492

Describe the bug After you create a Space or VC through the My Account block on My Dashboard, the block is not updated and the user need to do a full-page reload in order to se the newly created entity.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to My Dashboard
  2. Click on Create a Space / Create a vc and complete the creation flow.
  3. Go back to My Dashboard
  4. See the My Account block, the latest created entity is not there. You need to reload the page.

Expected behavior The My Account widget should be updated without the need of a page reload.
