Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to any env
Register new user
Check on home page: "Click here to start your own space" button is visible, but for the moment only beta testers must be able to use it
Clicking on the button, redirects user to 404 page

Expected behavior TBD
