Describe the bug After accepting an invitation, invitation dialog stays

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Invite a user to a space
  2. Under that target user, accept the invitation

Expected behavior Invitation dialog closes

The dialog stays on screen after accepting the invite.

From the screenshot in the comment it seems you're facing an issue with the invite. If the user is able to accept the invite without server errors, the dialog is closed successfuly.
