Copy of BUG: Registration flow fails on PROD #6912

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to alkem.io
  2. Start the process of registering a new user
  3. On the on the verification phase finish user is redirected to sign up page
  4. User fills up its username and password
  5. User press sign in button: error is thrown: image.png

Expected behavior No error is thrown and smooth behavior is experienced.
