To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to https://acc-alkem.io/space-templates/challenges/subspacetemplates
Save a callout as template - the title of the active innovation flow is added as tag

Expected behavior State from innovation flow is not added to the form saving as callout template
