BUG: Creating a subspace with visual on a MD, doesn't move the file #7193

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to go to acc env
Start process of subspace creation, where on the MD add a visual (DON'T FINALIZE it)
Go to the space storage (i.e. https://acc-alkem.io/nov13sspace/settings/storage) - the uploaded visual is available under the space
Finalize the space creation
Navigate again to the space storage https://acc-alkem.io/nov13sspace/settings/storage - the file is not moved from temporary

Expected behavior

File is moved under the subspace storageBucket and is not temporary anymore
The same issue should be fixed also for Community Guidelines reference on Space level
