Description

As a user I want to be able to get the IPFS container running as part of the CT platform

Acceptance criteria

[x] Server repo docker compose includes Go IPFS container + config to use it
[x] Demo repo docker compose includes Go IPFS container + config to use it
[x] Dev infrastructure updated to include GO IPFS container
