When Alkemio db is removed and server is restarted synapse db throws errors #119

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Remove Alkemio db on Dev env
  2. Create Alkemio db schema
  3. Restart the server - after the migrations finish, the server starts throwing synapse errors image.png

Expected behavior After recreating Alkemio DB, there are no Synapse errors.

Additional context The issue is reproducible and locally, when Alkemio DB is recreated multiple times.
