Description

As a DevOps consultant I want mySQL k8s manifests So that mySQL db is available for cherrytwist/server

Acceptance criteria

[x] mySQL 8.0.11 deployment manifests are added to the repo
[x] documentation is updated
[x] after deployment of the manifests to k8s cluster, https://dev.cherrytwist.org/api should be able to reach the DB
