As a CT developer
I want to add the CT secrets to the secret store (new secret store - authorisation)
So that CT users can authenticate with AAD in https:/[environment].cherrytwist.org
Acceptance criteria
[x] REACT_APP_AUTH_CLIENT_ID is added to the authorisation secret with the cherrytwist-web app registration client id
[x] REACT_APP_AUTH_TENANT_ID is added to the authorisation secret with the neilcherrytwist.onmicrosoft.com tenant id
[x] REACT_APP_AUTH_API_SCOPE - is added in the format api://[cherrytwist-api-client-id]/.default
[x] AAD_TENANT - same as the REACT_APP_AUTH_TENANT_ID
[x] AAD_CLIENT is added to the authorisation secret with the cherrytwist-api app registration client id
[ ] all environment variables are also set with the Github Secrets on Org level
