Simplify disabling authentication on k8s cluster #45

Description

As a developer I want an easy way to disable authentication on the server so that I can remotely connect to upload data.

In talking with Aleks we:

created a new secret called authentication-enabled, with a name of AUTHENTICATION_ENABLED and a value of true
referred to this secret from the server deployment file:

" containers:

envFrom:
- secretRef: name: wait-hosts
- secretRef: name: server-secret
- secretRef: name: aad-secret
- secretRef: name: authentication-enabled"
  - edited this secret directly using Lens to set to fale be able to disable authentication

Acceptance criteria

[ ] Secret in k8s deployment scripts for having authentication enabled on the server
