Description

As a QA I want to have a set of QA test accounts on dev + test envrionments

Acceptance criteria

[x] tbs - match the roles with the names of the accounts
[ ] Update QA readme with an overview of the test accounts

Additional Context

Accounts should be

admin@tenant - global admin
community.admin@tenant - community admin (Firstname: Community: Surname:Admin)
ecoverse.admin@tenant - ecoverse admin (Firstname: Ecoverse: Surname:Admin)

AAD permissions:

User Administrator
Directory Writers
