Description

As a CT Release Manager I want to avoid the risk of wrong versions of my release docker images So that I prevent ImageCrashLoopback errors in Odyssey

Acceptance criteria

[ ] Docker images on both client.web and server should be tagged based on the package.json version
[ ] Images pushed to dockerhub
[ ] Works on windows and linux and mac

Additional Context

Version numbers based on semantic versioning
