Description

As a QA I want to have nightly build, which runs all unit and E2E tests (including the one utilizing 2rd part services)

Acceptance criteria

[ ] Nightly build is configured
[ ] All available tests are running as part of it
[ ] All entities created to the third part service are cleaned, after tests finish (all test accounts are removed from AAD)
