Acceptance criteria

[ ] Travis build passes on node v > 18

Additional Context

Linux Xenial and Ubuntu 18.04 Cores don't have GLIBC_2.28. Newer versions have it. But TravisCI uses Xenial that needs further configuration in order to build nove v 18+ node: /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.28' not found (required by node)
