Builds, codecoverage etc on Matrix adapter

Description

As an admin I want that builds and code coverage are applied to Matrix-adpater and it is setup to be able to do releases

Acceptance criteria

• [x] Release builds + actions added to matrix-adapter repository
• [x] secrets configured to right repository
• [ ] First release of matrix-adapter made via a release on repo from main branch
• [x] coveralls setup
• [x] Travis CI

To be used also as a knowledge sharing opportunity
