Acceptance criteria

[ ] Typescript program that can be executed
[ ] Program to include jolocom-lib / jolocom-sdk (latter may be easier)
[ ] Program to create a new digital identity based on a provided email string (hard code)

@techsmyth in https://github.com/cherrytwist/Server.Identity/tree/hhs-assignment/CherryIdentities we created the backend storage for loading and creating identities. But we still struggle to ge the jolocom-lib working. When installing it via node it states that it requires Linux or Darwin operating system for the install. Due to that it is unable to find the module when running the app.js. Maybe you can have a look at the code?

Hi guys, got a couple of deadlines this afternoon but will try to look at this later this evening / early tomorrow! great to see this loop working :)
