BUG: All Spaces that had feature: VC: on are disabled or old features preferences #4151

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://acc-alkem.io/admin/spaces
  2. Check spaces that have VC in title
  3. Check the assigned licenses: Feature_VIRTUAL_CONTRIBUTOR is not applied image.png

Expected behavior All previous features settings are preserved to the old spaces.

Tested OK on ACC env.
