To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to http://localhost:3000/adminalkemiosspace/challenges/444
Create a space - InnovationFlowDetails request fails: "message": "Unable to load tagsetTemplate for Tagset: 548fec03-2d5e-48d3-8e20-14b1e37f8695 ",

Expected behavior The request returns data without failing.
