Describe the bug Elastic Report: Unable to process activity entry 67f1d186-3a08-4fa6-bbd9-278f139317ca: No Callout found with the given id: 0ad896d1-51d2-468a-b61f-12fe6d88ff6f

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Expected behavior Root cause is identified and resolved.

Some additional information: My user hit the same warnings, but didn't experience anything on the client
