Acceptance criteria

[ ] Update Space CRUD tests
[ ] Update Space fields validation suites
[ ] Update user access based on space visibility suites
[ ] Update Challenge CRUD tests
[ ] Update Challenge fields validation suites
[ ] Update Challenge flows suites
[ ] Update Opportunity CRUD tests
[ ] Update Opportunity fields validation suites
[ ] Update Opportunity flows suites

Additional Context
