Description

As a user I want to not rely on people who may fail to save So that my content is saved in a more reliable way

As a cluster operator I want the collaboration service to be more reliable So that it posses less risk to the cluster and with increased reliability

Acceptance criteria

[ ] When choosing a socket to save, exclude the ones that have already failed a couple of times
