Resume item in main menu

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Resume item in main menu is missing

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Item "Resume" needs to be present in the main menu if we started to play

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
I add this item. Please, see attach. Cause it's my first patch i have
created in Linux i provide modified program.cpp file, just in case.
