Inform player of levelup/available skill points #23

When slaughtering the zombies, I sometimes wonder if it is already time for
skillpoint management again, but I don't like to interrupt the action by
checking the char screen.

What would be helpful is an information that you have points available for
skill-improving. Either:
1. highlight the XP counter in pink, when there are points that are not
spent on skills
2. have a levelup sound. Maybe something from
http://opengameart.org/browse-menu/audio/25/10 would be good, maybe
http://opengameart.org/content/warp-sound-2

"Just look at your XP and remember how many points you already used and
calculate back" doens't count :D

I agree. Also I had thinking about showing a level-up picture on screen when 
there
are available points. Like in Diablo (1).

That could be easily done by using a "+" sign near the XP counter. (to keep the
current Text-only GUI style)

Now we have an animation if there are available level points. We don't have 
sound, so
feel free to reopen issue if this is necessary.
