The light start at the wrong place #38

The cone for the flashlight begin behind the character instead of in its hands. 
It does not seems right.

hum, I do not have the bug anymore. It must depend of the mode and maybe the 
weapon. Tests needed.

I suggest to place cone of the flashlight to point where the laser aim starts. 
This point is defined in weapon files.
