How to make the bot comply with a schedule? #1

Hello sn0wil, first of all I give thanks for uploading this project that has relieved me a bit of coding :1st_place_medal:

But I have a problem with the bot dialogues, there is no well-defined schedule and it is a little complicated to perform the tasks

I would like that you could help me to add a schedule and that it complies with the time that is programmed
