Is possible to make an automatic check for bot to check if they put really like and comments and if not send a warn?

And, perhaps, is possible to add new commands on bot such as /rules

@DroidModd I can't see any way to check instagram because instagram doesn't have public API. Yes, any new command can be added in the same way as /chatId
