feat: general update #89

What:

Update packages
Update, clean up and improve tests
Add the missing contribution categories
Add more labels to the dataset
Why: To keep the dependencies up-to-date and have better tests.

How: Using yarn alongside npm audit fix for the packages after using npm-check -u.

We should also rethink if we still want to use kcd-scripts (especially the ESLint rules indirectly involved by its pre-commit command).
