Use yaml config files to drive auto-generation of snippets menu config and tests. #15

The revised auto-generation script now facilitates:

output of separate snippets menu config files for R and Python
links to external documentation
dividers (e.g. add a horizontal line between the Setup snippet and the others)

The yaml config file that drives it:

decouples the snippet name from the source filename of the snippet
decouples the path in source control for the file of code from where it resides in the snippets menu
facilitates arbitrary grouping of related snippets

Updates to README.md to follow in a separate PR.

Fixed the typo.

I also forgot to put the README updates in a separate branch, so they are in this PR. PTAL when you have time and fix as needed. Thanks!
