  1. Remove Syncthing from containers playbook
  2. Remove local volumes
  3. Create syncthing_nodes in inventory
  4. Use 2 in syncthing playbook
  5. Re-write syncthing playbook
  6. Install Syncthing on 2 hosts (sender and receiver)

Re-opening to track the work of ensuring that all hosts have ST installed and cleanly backing up.

Ideally something would report somewhere (Prometheus or maybe Healthchecks) that backups are complete to ensure that data has been backed up safely.
