Make the squid plugin configurable using the bakery #28

The squid plugin could not be deployed using the agent bakery, so I added this feature. Also, the hardcoded port 3128 was used in the agent. This PR makes the port configurable in the bakery (it generates the file /etc/check_mk/squid.cfg on monitored hosts where the Squid port is set). If there is no port setting in this file, the agent falls back to a automagically discovered Squid port by using the ss command.

Hello Allan, we are thinking about trying to integrate the squid plugin into the main Checkmk tree. How do you think about this? Would you prefer to continue distributing this plugin solely through the exchange? If that's okay for you, we would try it. Best Paul

Hello @schaeferpp, I would be more than thrilled to see this happening! I don't have the resources nor the time to maintain this project and having someone else keeping it alive would be great!
