Option for verbosity < info #184

It would be great for rtlamr2mqtt not to log every reading, to reduce wear on on a device running off an SD card.

The only options for "verbosity" setting are "info" and "debug". Maybe a "warn" level.

I am rewriting the whole project and this will be in the new version!
