Added support for variable Image size data and Data Generator to consume low memory

I had a 16gb ram machine but 9 gb was almost and my training data size was little more and was consuming lot of memory. Also data set images are of different sizes and we didnt not want to resize the data before training. Hence the change.

The code is working fine.
